# 12. Send a YouTube Video in a Message

The template detects when the Current User pastes a Youtube video link into either the `Multiline Input (Desktop)` or `Multiline Input (Mobile)` elements.

When true, the `Group YouTube Detected (Desktop)` element or `Group YouTube Detected (Mobile)` element will become visible because of the regex, conditional on those Group YouTube Detected elements.

Clicking on either of the the `Group YouTube Detected` elements will show that YouTube video in the `Popup YouTube Preview element`, so that the Current User can watch the video in the app before they send it:

{% hint style="info" %}
In order for the YouTube video to send in a new Message, the link URL of the video must stay of the Multiline Input elements' value; the video can't be sent in a new Message without sending the link. More information on these workflows can be found in the **C. New Message** workflow folder.
{% endhint %}
